At Calm Waters each of our four waterfront cottages have 180 degree water views (1-4) and are semi detached. Cottage 5 is free standing & Pet Friendly, privately set back with water views. All are exceptionally maintained and have modern appliances.

Rates:
Calm Waters is currently under new management, rates are currently being revised and will be updated shortly. Peak season is December, January, Easter Holidays and Long Weekends. For a quote please contact us.

Special Offers:
Join our email list and you'll receive notification of special offers throughout the year. Ask about the special rate if you book a second time! You can also take advantage of our Winter Off Peak Rates from June to August.

Booking:
It is essential upon making a booking to provide credit card details, your address and contact details. A deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment must be received prior to occupation. If your stay is within 6 days of making your booking full payment must be made.

Cancellations:
When you make your reservation with a deposit you then have 7 days in which you may cancel. We retain a $30 booking fee. There are no refunds of deposits after the 7 day period. No refunds for early departures or due to bad weather.

House Rules:
NO SMOKING inside any cottage - extra cleaning costs of up to $100 will apply.
Any damages must be paid for by the tenant.
Max number of guests not to exceed number of beds. No visitor may stay overnight.
Cars must be driven at walking speed entering & leaving the grounds.

Cleaning:
It is expected that upon your departure you should leave the cottage as you found it. Cottages left in an unclean or messy condition - an extra $ 100.00 Cleaners fee WILL APPLY - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Linen:
Please remember to bring along your own linen and towels.

Follow the Princes Hwy South. Approximately 30 minutes south of Nowra the Sussex Inlet Road turn off will appear on your left hand side. Follow this road into town.
At the second roundabout you will see the NAB Bank on the left. Drive through the roundabout and look for the first entrance to a car park just past the Jopen Cafe. Turn Left into the first drive way & continue down to the first yellow house on your right to collect your keys and sign the register.
